Jeffrey J. Bird
President and Chief Executive Officer

Jeffrey J. Bird is President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his current position, Mr. Bird served as our President and Chief Operating Officer from May 2020 until December 2021, as our Senior Vice President - Production Operations and Chief Financial Officer from February 2019 until May 2020 and as our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since he joined the Company in March 2017 until February 2019. Prior to joining the Company, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Frank’s International, a provider of engineered tubular services to the oil and gas industry, and prior to that, he was the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Ascend Performance Materials, a provider of chemicals, fibers and plastics in Houston, Texas. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bird served in a variety of finance and operating roles primarily in the industrial manufacturing sector including serving as a division Chief Financial Officer at Danaher Corporation. Mr. Bird holds a BA in Accounting from Cedarville University.

Stephen J. Chauffe
Vice President — Downhole Tools

Steve Chauffe is Vice President – Downhole Tools, a position he had held since he joined the Company in January 2020. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Chauffe was Vice President of International Operations for Innovex Downhole Solutions. He started his career with Baker Hughes as a field engineer and has over 25 years of engineering, operational and management experience in oilfield services. Mr. Chauffe holds a BS in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston Victoria.
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Kyle F. McClure
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Kyle F. McClure is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company in January 2022, he was Chief Financial Officer of Airswift, a global workforce solutions company, from June 2019 until December 2021. Prior to joining Airswift, Mr. McClure served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Frank’s International, a provider of engineered tubular services to the oil and gas industry, from March 2017 until June 2019, and before that as Treasurer of Frank’s International from March 2015 until March 2017. Prior to joining Frank’s International, Mr. McClure served in a variety of finance and accounting roles, including as Treasurer of Ascend Performance Materials, Director of Investor Relations at Cooper Industries plc and as Corporate FP&A Manager at Dell Technologies. Mr. McClure holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Texas and an MBA from Baylor University.
Vice President - Technology and Energy Transition
John Mossop
Vice President - Technology and Energy Transition

John Mossop is our Vice President - Technology and Energy Transition, a position he has held since October 2022. Prior to his current position, Mr. Mossop was our Director of Energy Transition since March 2021. He joined the Company in March 2020 as Senior Product Manager for Subsea Controls. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Mossop spent over 20 years with GE and Baker Hughes in various engineering and management roles, including as Global Engineering Director for Subsea Controls Systems. Mr. Mossop holds an engineering degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester.

Mahesh R. Puducheri
Vice President — Chief Human Resources Officer

Mahesh Puducheri is Vice President – Chief Human Resources Officer, a position he has held since he joined the Company in June 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Puducheri was Global Vice President of Human Resources at Halliburton Company. Prior to that role, he worked in several progressive human resources positions worldwide for Halliburton and other companies. Mr. Puducheri holds a bachelor’s degree in statistics and a master’s degree in HR management from the University of Madras in India, and an MBA from Rice University.

Marius (Mark) Tripsa
Vice President — Integrated Supply Chain

Mark Tripsa is Vice President – Integrated Supply Chain. He joined the Company in January 2020 as Vice President of Manufacturing. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Tripsa was a Vice President, Operations at Keppel AmFELS. Mark has over 30 years of manufacturing, operational and engineering experience in the automotive, heavy equipment, and oil & gas industries, including over 12 years with Cameron International. Mr. Tripsa holds a manufacturing/mechanical engineering degree from a Romanian university and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

Donald (Don) M. Underwood
Vice President — Subsea Products

Don Underwood is Vice President – Subsea Products. Prior to his current role, he was our Vice President – Sales and Marketing from July 2018 until February 2022. Mr. Underwood joined the Company as Corporate Director of Business Development in April 2018. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Underwood was Vice President, Subsea Processing at TechnipFMC from January 2016 until September 2017. Prior to that role, he worked for FMC Technologies, Inc. for over 20 years in management, operational and sales positions around the world, including in Norway, Brazil and Singapore. Mr. Underwood holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
James C. Webster
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

James C. Webster is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. He joined the Company in February 2011 as Vice President and General Counsel and was elected to the additional position of Secretary in May 2011. Prior to joining the Company, he was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of M-I SWACO, at the time a joint venture between Smith International, Inc. and Schlumberger Ltd., and prior to that, he was a partner in the law firm of Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP, now part of Foley & Lardner LLP in Houston. Mr. Webster holds an economics degree from the University of Arizona and a joint Law/MBA from Loyola University.

Bruce Witwer
Vice President — Subsea Services

Bruce Witwer is Vice President – Subsea Services, a role he has held since February 2022. Prior to his current role, he was our Vice President – Subsea from May 2020 until February 2022 and Vice President – Eastern Hemisphere from June 2019 until May 2020. Mr. Witwer has been an employee of the Company since January 2005 and held a number of engineering and R&D positions in the Company before taking operational management roles. Mr. Witwer holds a BS in mechanical engineering technology from Texas A&M University.
